Community

Is my passion project

Throughout my professional life, I’ve been an avid networker and active member of professional communities. When I established
Chiara, I knew a strong network would be critical.

Over 20 years ago, I struggled to find other independent professionals to connect with. Then I found Helen.

Helen ran a small, informal network providing a safe space to share stories and connect with others navigating self-employment.

When Helen decided to retire, I was inspired to nurture and grow this community of 100 people.

Good things grow from small beginnings.

Today, I run a global, peer-to-peer support community for over 3,000 experienced people professionals spanning reward, talent, learning, change, transformation and many other specialties.
