About me
Setting up Chiara Consultancy was inevitable. Throughout my career, from my first permanent job to my last, I was used to stepping into new roles and setting up work and functions from scratch.
I started my career working in health behaviour change and health at work, managing campaigns, projects, people and teams in health education and health promotion. This lit the flame for a career specialising in people management, learning and organisational development, and change. I set up my business following a successful cross-sector career in the NHS, not-for-profit and two international law firms working across the UK, Europe and Asia.
A career built on jumping into new roles and setting up functions has developed my kitbag of skills and experiences, which I bring to clients working as an interim, coach and consultant specialising in people change, people technology and people experience.
I’m a Fellow of the CIPD, hold an MA in Human Resource Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Education and Promotion, and a BA (Hons) in English.
I’m also an APMG Change Practitioner®, APMG Agile and PRINCE2®, Project Manager, an ICF-trained Coach and trained in a number of psychometrics.
I’ve worked with clients across a range of sectors and industries, bringing a fresh perspective and clear-thinking people solutions.
Associates. My strong personal network and experience building and leading a global community of independent people practitioners means I can also recommend or partner with trusted associates. My goal is always to bring the best talent and add value to clients, their projects and their business.
London-based but working globally, I’m passionate about building communities and paying it forward – values that shape my work and my networking community. When I’m not working, you will find me creating, upcycling, skiing and generally keeping active.
