My coach story

It started when I engaged a coach to help me navigate key career transitions. I realised the power of an independent perspective and the space coaching created to develop deeper insights.

Then I coached as part of my professional role at work.

Finally, I set up Chiara Consultancy and trained as a professional coach with International Coach Federation – approved training provider. International Coach Federation..

That coach training, over 16 years ago, informs my day-to-day practice as an interim, mentor, consultant and community leader.

I coach individuals, managers and leaders to support their development so they can enhance their careers and effectiveness
at work.

My coaching practice helps people:

  • Prepare for new roles
  • Navigate careers and support their job search
  • Make the leap to a solo career or set up their own business
  • Gain clarity on strengths, identify blind spots and support development
  • Enhance and develop management and leadership skills
