Interim Management

An experienced interim manager delivers short-term solutions with long-term impact. They come in quickly, get to know your business and operate independently. This approach results in less work for you and gives you peace of mind that your challenges are in good hands.

An effective interim manager needs to understand your business, develop the brief, deliver what you need and create a positive impact.

With a proven track record in people change, people technology and people experience projects, I hit the ground running and I’m equally comfortable working alone or alongside your existing team, for as long as you need (typically six weeks to 12 months).

Many clients are increasingly asking for fractional, part-time arrangements and that can work too.

Do you need…

  • People project management expertise to add capacity and capability to your internal team
  • Skills and resources to manage people change programmes without adding to your permanent headcount
  • Deep specialist knowledge in people technology and people experience
  • Access to expertise via an extensive, trusted network of people professionals
  • Strategic consultancy skills with a focus on practical, cost-effective delivery and implementation

Then Chiara Consultancy interim management could be an ideal solution.

Here are a small sample of the 24 assignments completed over nearly 20 years of business.

“Sharon joined us on a complex transformation programme, very quickly got started and mobilized much needed activity. Her ability to delve into the detail and the sheer number of initiatives in train, and pull out the key ones to focus on was a godsend. I greatly admired how she developed tools and approaches to move things forward at pace. Her coaching skills and engaging style with the team during a very busy and demanding time were excellent.”

Interim HR Director
Media

“Sharon and I worked together on an Agile at Scale Programme that successfully transformed the way technology teams interact and deliver value to the business. It was a large-scale programme and covered amongst other things operating model redesign, Agile at team and strategic level, role profile re-writes, L&D and transition to unified supporting technologies (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams channels). I’m a PROSCI qualified change & experience programme manager and I recognised Sharon as a fellow change professional and appreciated her support in ensuring the delivery was successfully embedded in the organisation for the years to come.”

Programme Director Leader
Asset Management

“Sharon is a highly experienced professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to anything she is handed. Working with Sharon in two organisations, I have seen her build effective working relationships and identify key stakeholders quickly, enabling her to be truly business focussed. Diligent and thorough, I had full trust that she would ensure that the global provider we selected, would be the right one. Sharon is a fantastic sounding board, very straightforward to work with and above all else, fun.”

HR Director
Global Scale Up Business

“Although she joined the business for a defined period, she always took a long-term view. Whilst with us Sharon provided a pragmatic, business focussed, commercial approach to development with a good grounding in the fundamentals of HR, which I think is a rare commodity.”

Global HR Director
Financial Services

“Sharon’s project-management skills for implementing a complex, systems-orientated and culture-change programme of work were outstanding, as was her ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders. A first-class change agent with extensive HR knowledge.”

MD
In-Demand Talent

“Sharon led and managed a particularly complex HR system and process implementation …. without her dedication, drive and experience there would have been a very real possibility of the project failing.

The outcome was highly successful both commercially and in improved user experience, which to a very large extent was down to Sharon’s diligence.

Her ability to communicate with all stakeholders was invaluable and ensured the smoothest possible start to a significant change.

Sharon was able to not only juggle many requirements but also ‘speak the technology language’ whilst always bearing in mind the HR value of the work. She was the lynch-pin of the initiative and I would not hesitate to work with her again in any type of Talent, Development or HR capacity.”
