My experience >

I’m Sharon Green and I set up Chiara Consultancy following a career in senior, people management and development roles within the NHS, not-for-profit and the legal sectors.  I started as a line and project manager before moving into HR where I’ve  delivered people management and development working across the UK, Europe, Far East and USA.

I have an MA in HR, generalist HR experience and have led graduate recruitment and development.  My passion remains developing people and organisations; strategically and operationally.  Fundamentally, I love learning and development.

Having moved sectors successfully, with a track record of setting up functions from scratch I bring a depth and breadth of experience to Chiara Consultancy clients.

I draw on a range of HR skills in my work: recruitment and selection, employee retention and engagement, performance management and managing people through major business change.  I also have a flair for internal employee communications bringing a creative approach to your business.

I’m tech and budget savvy.  I’ve used IT tools to deliver projects and I’m not shy when it comes to using Excel.

I’m a Fellow of the CIPD; hold a recognised coaching qualification, am qualified to use psychometric and a certified Prince2® project manager.

I believe in developing trusting client relationships fast.  My background gives me an in-depth understanding of the wider business context within which clients operate so I  approach people projects from a strategic and operational perspective.

I pride myself, on my results-driven, practical, clear, commercial approach.   My clients tell me this is what they appreciate most about my work.  Above all, I am known for bringing my smile to work.  It’s important to have fun.
